PROJECT SUMMARY:
BAD BIRDIE PARTNERED WITH ATHLETE AND YOUTUBE GOLF STAR MICAH MORRIS ON A FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND CUSTOM COLLECTION — DESIGNED BY MICAH HIMSELF TO REFLECT HIS LOVE OF GOLF, THE OUTDOORS, AND THE COMMUNITY THAT SHAPED HIM.
TO LAUNCH THE COLLECTION, BAD BIRDIE HOSTED THE INAUGURAL MICAH MORRIS LONG DRIVE COMPETITION ON FEBRUARY 2ND AT DOBSON RANCH, WHERE OVER 500 FANS SHOWED UP TO FACE OFF AGAINST THE ICONIC YOUTUBER IN PERSON.
THE EVENT SERVED AS THE BACKDROP FOR OUR CONTENT STRATEGY — WITH FOOTAGE, HYPE, AND COMMUNITY ENERGY ROLLED INTO EVERY ASSET SHARED ACROSS BAD BIRDIE AND MICAH’S CHANNELS.
Content & results
During the event, I directed an onsite content creation team of myself, a social media assistant, and videographer.
I single-handedly managed all activity across all Bad Birdie social platforms before, during, and after the launch. I also captured and edited the majority of social content for use across Bad Birdie’s and Micah’s channels. The results of this content strategy on Bad Birdie’s Owned Media are below:
